We have just returned from 3 nights here, the junior suite accommodation was perfect for us and our little boy split level and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed continental breakfast every morning and ate in the restaurant each night as the food was fantastic and easy to put the little one to bed afterwards. What made our stay special was the friendly staff, who were really kind to our family.

Breakfast was a treat. There is no cooked breakfast but I didn’t miss it at all as the choice of food was delicious. There was fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, cheeses and meats. Coffee or tea was brought to the table as was toast, the butter was gorgeous. There were also pancakes and croissants with jam, honey or marmalade. The location is spot on. I travelled alone and spent 2 nights here, Narberth height street is a perfect place to stay and the Townhouse is perfectly positioned. I suffer with a back issue and the staff kindly carried my bad in on arrival and helped when I left. ,

Situated right in the centre of Narberth, this beautiful property was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. The rooms are cosy and elegantly decorated. Quality linens and towels along with local toiletries added that extra special touch. The staff couldn’t be any more helpful or friendly and we also ate at the Pizza and Pasta restaurant downstairs, which served beautiful food. Air conditioning in the rooms meant we had the perfect temperature to sleep in the superbly comfortable bed and were well rested by the end of our weekend stay. Would recommend to anyone!

Received a lovely friendly welcome on arrival. All staff were friendly + helpful. Breakfast was very good, good choice of food + all freshly made. The service at breakfast was very good+ friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was of an adequate size +very clean.

From start to finish, our stay was excellent. The breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts I've ever eaten. I've had a smoked salmon and champagne breakfast at The Haymarket Hotel in London, and I've eaten truly outstanding breakfasts in places like The Pullman Hotel in Yangon etc and yet Top Joe's Townhouse ranks up there with the best. Why? Because of the quality of the food, the ambience, the setting and the service.

Room was excellent, very comfortable, lots of nice touches like extra consumables. Excellent town centre location, but quiet in the evening. Nice bathroom, spacious, although an odd shape. Breakfast was added to our stay free of charge and was a continental breakfast but a very high standard with lots of local produce. Staff were lovely and helpful. The restaurant associated with the hotel serves the most incredible, delicious pizzas.

This was my 2nd stay & it was as good as I remembered. I was on a short visit to family & the location worked very well. My room was small but absolutely fine with a view towards the fields at the rear. The location in the centre of Narberth is perfect. The restaurant was relaxed, comfortable & the food - pizza & pasta - was delicious, as was breakfast. The staff were outstanding, particularly as I had an accident that needed a trip to Withybush hospital. I was offered a lift there by a staff member, which I gratefully accepted. My bags were taken to my car & I generally felt looked after when I returned. Thank you!

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. A large bathroom and with the option of a bath and a shower! The place was full but still very quiet. Very central and although it faced the street, we were on the top floor and couldn't hear a thing. I don't think the road ever gets busy tbh...Tea, coffee and cans of water provided for free...and better selection than usual.

The location was brilliant, the restaurant lovely but mostly the staff were absolutely incredible!!! I don’t know the gentleman’s name but I believe he was the manager, he was so incredibly welcoming and kind and thoughtful I was blown away! It was my partners birthday and they left us a birthday card! I requested dessert on arrival and he even put candles in it! I want to say a massive thank you! Room also was spotless! Free parking on site.

I loved the friendly and relaxed atmosphere but hotel was also well presented with beautiful furnishings. My room was spacious with an upstairs open plan bedroom with lots of soft lighting that made it very relaxing which is exactly what I needed as I was there to attend my brothers funeral during my stay will definitely be coming back with my husband and two dogs and recommending to anyone who wants to explore narberth
